2016 - The Church of Liberty gets Mobile Homes

mobilehomes

In 2016 we started moving out of the townhouses and into mobile homes at Majestic Hills park in Excelsior Springs. We tried to place everyone we could from the Liberty townhomes into veterans housing or rent adjusted Section 8 government housing or whatever we could. Some got their own places. By fall of 2017 we had everyone moved and we were out of Liberty. We still have some brethren there and still keep our mailing address there. God says we're going to be back there soon and that Liberty is really important (but all of Clay County). Excelsior also has a Lampstand and the city is turning more and more to God.

As of January 2026, the ministry accounts for 13 mobile homes in the park. Others account for 13 and there are about 13 spaces are empty. Our lot rent is $425 per month. With utilities (water, sewer, trash, gas, electric) most units end up around $800 per month (if nothing is owed on the trailer). One trailer is a single lady and her dogs, but most have 3-5 people sharing space, living cheaply and growing together.

We been able to help a lot of people in need.
