On November 11, 1923, a massive, historic gathering of 52,121 businessmen convened in Kansas City to honor Jesus Christ, marking a significant, proactive response to the city's rampant crime and corruption during that era. Known as the Businessmen's Bible Class, this event was a major moment in a broader 1920s movement of Christian, faith-driven civic engagement and reform.

The Massive Gathering: Held on November 11, 1923, the event is recognized as one of the largest of its kind in the United States at that time.

This website describes how it was the First Baptist Church of Kansas City that founded in 1855 during the Civil War that had a passion for prayer and persevered for 70 years, eventually seeing the fruit of their prayers grow into the largest Bible study in the country.  https://www.kcpray.com/the-power-of-small-beginnings/

The historic 1923 Bible study in Kansas City did not end abruptly; rather, the massive, record-setting 52,121-man gathering at Convention Hall on November 11, 1923, was a one-time rally. Following this, the group, led by Napoleon W. Dible, returned to its regular, smaller weekly attendance of 2,500–3,000, continuing into the 1930s. It went on for about 10 years.
