Sometimes we don't know what to pray and the burden on us is great, and the Spirit prays with groans on our behalf. Even Jesus did it (Ps. 22:1) and approaching the tomb of Lazarus and in the Garden of Gesthemane.  It's God praying for you, through you.  Let it out!
