Dear Brethren,
This is a weird
time, for sure! My only real reason to send this letter right now is
to answer questions, make connections and to be an encouragement. I
hope we can get all three done. I expect this may be the oddest email
you've ever received.
Please pray for
The Church of Liberty and for my business, BuiltToLastHome.com, which
is at the center of all of this for some reason. We are in need of
outside investors or partners or something really soon. God has a
plan, just pray that we would see it or be patient to wait for it.
Please pray that God would send all the warriors to help.

Have you been "sealed"?

OK, this might
sound crazy, but here goes. If you have recently had a word spoken
over you that you were "sealed" or needed to be sealed or
if the Lord is speaking to you about it, would you please contact me.
If you have no idea what I'm talking about and are just curious,
please DO NOT contact me. I don't have time to stop and explain it to
you at this point.
I know that's kind
of strange, but I have answers for you if you need them. We'll see
what happens.

Calling all the warriors!

We've done this
before, so maybe you're not so freaked out by it. Please just play
along if you will. With whatever authority I have, I ask that the
Lord would grant you perfect clarity and understanding. Open their
ears right now, Lord.
Please get your
cup full to overflowing, get in your quiet place and ask the Lord
these questions:
1. Lord, who is
Doug Perry in Christ?
2. Lord, am I
supposed to be in Liberty in April or May?
3. Lord, what am I
supposed to be doing there?

If you think I'm a
crazy, deceived cult-leader, save your breath. I've heard it all. If
I'm whacked it will be clear enough pretty quickly. Something is
about to break loose - or else I'm wrong about everything. There's no
point trying to talk me down off this ledge, just stand aside and
watch. (But I mean that with love.)

Are you as
broke as broke can be?

It sure seems like
practically every obedient Christian I know is completely out of
money - some desperately so. We can't get through a day without
somebody around here getting evicted, car repossessed or other
financial tragedy. Seems like way too many of them to be coincidence.
In fact, I'm just
positive that we're all right where God wants us. Seems to me that if
God is going to pour out resources for this last great revival, He
needs to pour them out on people that DO NOT have a LOVE of money.
That pretty much requires that He's already beaten it out of them. He
needs people that are so obedient they will pray and ask permission
to buy an ice cream cone. No way they're going to spend HIS money on
limousines and a jet plane and million dollar houses.
Try not to
despair, He is sufficient, even in lean and hungry times. He has a
plan, he's working the plan and you need to rest. You're not alone!
There are tons of us out here right on the very edge of bankruptcy or
repossession or foreclosure or whatever.
This is one giant
"dark night of the soul" over all those who He plans on
using for this next move. It won't be long now. Just hang in there.
We love you. You're not alone. Don't despise the refining fire.
The Citi-web is
almost ready to launch

I've hinted before
at this massive computer network being built. There are still hurdles
(like needed investment money) to be overcome, but God is providing
just enough and it should be ready to launch very soon.
Basically what it
does is connect the Body of Christ in every town to itself and
connects every town to every other. It does this right out in front
of the "world" in a format that they will want to use to
promote their local business, post sales, share needs, etc - and
woven throughout is the message of the Church. Not the
"churches" - THE Church. One Body.
We need
administrators in every town everywhere. These are PAYING jobs that
can be done part-time or full-time. The bigger the town, the more
help you'll probably need, but right now we need people to get the
vision of it and start contacting Gary about getting on board.
Your town is
probably not built yet, but you can see Liberty, Missouri and
Orlando, Florida under construction. The main site is www.Citi-
